Cardiovascular Imaging

Our research group is developing advanced techniques for imaging the heart and vasculature with CT and MRI. Current areas of technological focus include 4D Flow MRI/MRA and derived biomechanical parameters, CT and MR image reconstruction and visualization, whole-heart cardiac function, cardiopulmonary perfusion, and non-contrast MRA. Specific areas of disease focus include structural and congenital heart disease, chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH), vasculitis, and coronary artery disease.
