Brain Imaging
Leveraging leading-edge brain imaging technology, our faculty collaborate on a broad range of studies to advance knowledge of the brain from normal function to disease states. We use multiple imaging modalities to model neuroanatomy, cerebral blood flow, electrophysiology, and underlying genetic variation, and to measure brain changes in pathological states such as Alzheimer's disease. One of our greatest research missions is to translate our research findings into clinical application to identify biomarkers and improve diagnostic imaging technologies.
