If you need PACS support please refer to the call list below. PACS related problems might include: Diagnostic workstations malfunction, Web1000 access problems, Rad Report creation or signing problems, VPN problems, etc.

* Call the HELP desk at the VA, but tell them you have a problem with the NETWORK (don't say PACS because they don't know what that means)
* The HELP desk should page the on-call IT person for you.
* If the HELP desk does not get you in contact with the on-call IT person, have the VA operator page the IT on-call person.
* The IT person will then work with Hillcrest IT and AGFA if necessary to fix the problem. The IT person also knows who is on call for PACS at the VA. |
