UCSD provides teleradiology services for the interpretation of musculoskeletal CT and MRI cases from sites within the United States or abroad. Interpretations are provided by fully trained musculoskeletal radiologists, with final reports available usually within 1-2 hours of the time the cases are received. Direct access to the teleradiology room is available through phone lines when consultation with radiologists or referring physicians from these
other sites is required. Primary or secondary "reads" can be obtained through this service.
The cost of this service is dependent on the number of cases that are
